He was born in 1973 in Çorum. 57 period was finished as Atatürk High School graduate.
He studied at the Faculty of Medicine, Gulhane Military Medical Academy. Naval Forces Command in participating in the frigate TCG ANITTEPE and TCG Turgut Reis ship served as a lieutenant and senior lieutenant.
