Chill Anywhere was created by and for corporate executives looking to turn down the volume in their noisy lives and to make it a little easier for people to live less stressed, more mindful lives. Small shifts can add up to big changes. A little extra mindfulness each day leads to happier employees, increased productivity, and less stress.
Chill Anywhere provides guided meditation practices for professionals through their employer or organization. With themes ranging from leadership to stress management to focus and productivity, these sessions are based in modern meditation and mindfulness practices to benefit participants’ professional and personal wellbeing. Each meditation practice is led by one of Chill’s mindfulness instructors and is accessible to everyone, even those who never meditated before. Chill Anywhere’s instructors are experts at navigating sessions with meditation newbies, zen experts, and everyone in between.
LIVE ON-DEMAND CONTENT
Chill Anywhere provides mindfulness video content that can be live streamed or accessed on-demand anytime, anywhere. Chill Anywhere’s videos allow participants to have a more personal experience and connection with their practice and instructor. Sessions can also be live streamed so that participants feel more engaged and part of a larger community with their colleagues. Chill Anywhere also customizes programs to meet the unique needs of each organization, providing participants with content that is relevant and applicable to their workplace.
MINDFULNESS, MADE EASY
Less is more. Everyone feels a little more human when things are made simple, clear, and easy. That’s why Chill Anywhere always includes simple, practical, easy-to-implement tactics participants can use right away in every session. Day-to-day life can get busy, so the majority of sessions are under 15 minutes.

Want to see what a little extra mindfulness can do? Participants can track their moods before and after each session and can track their progress over time. A little mindfulness can go a long way.
