AnswerFitt:60 is a group training class that is broken up into both cardiovascular and strength training intervals. Heartratemonitorsareusedtohelp participants obtain up 12-20 minutes in the optimal -for after burn, EPOC (excess post-exercise oxygen consumption). The space will include a state of the art functional training area along with the most advanced cardio equipment which will include indoor water rowers.
The classes will have no more 24 members and will be driven my energizing music and motivating coaches!
