Geneto is a weight loss app that helps you to lose weight and eat healthy. We have over 400 easy and healthy recipes from which the app generates a suitable meal plan for you. Also you can add your favourite recipes to the database yourself and the app uses these when generating a meal plan. You can even add your Grandma’s best recipes! You can lose weight and at the same time eat the foods that you like best!
If you do not wish to follow the generated meal plan, you can select what you eat yourself. You can choose from about 4000 ingredients in our app. Track what you eat and the app will calculate the calories, fat, protein and carbohydrate content, so that you know exactly how much and what you can still eat during the day.
We will also generate an easy workout plan for you to be able to lose weight faster. Soon the genetic test possibility will be added - your genetic data will be used to personalize the meal and workout plan.
