This App is dedicated to providing a full coaching service for those athletes utilising Nathan's coaching services.
Included but not limited to:
- Individualised training program set out to run through phases specific to each person's goal. Phases will last 3 weeks and will be uploaded to your portal.
- nutrition guidelines as macronutrient breakdown according to your goal. This will be updated regularly and as much as necessary. Changes may be made weekly in some circumstances.
- 24/7 ability to contact your coach who will use this platform to respond during dedicated hours.
- phone call catch ups every week to run through weekly feedback, make adjustments to plan or address any questions about each athletes upcoming plans.
