The World Rugby Handbook is available in the three World Rugby official languages (English, French and Spanish) and includes the World Rugby regulations relating to the game (including regulations pertaining to player eligibility, international release, foul play and anti-doping), bye-laws, general regulations and the tours agreement. The handbook also contains information on the organisation structure such as World Rugby Council and its committees, as well as its member unions and regional associations and links to World Rugby’s various websites and applications. Once downloaded, the handbook app content is available offline. Due to its nature, the content is regularly updated.
