If you want to exercise and learn the latest choreography created for the hottest and greatest songs, this is your place. If you never had a dance workout before, you can start with the beginner videos. If you are more adventurous then you can try the intermediate videos. Are you already a pro dancer? You can check out the best routines available.
There are workout videos available for children too.
The fifth category is music. That is where you can have a freestyle session or just listen to the newest and greatest songs available.
