This is simple application which calculates your ideal weight range, current weight status, daily calorie requirements for maintaining, losing or gaining the current weight and calories burned based on various activities.
How it works:
1) Fill your personal details on home screen which includes name, age, sex, weight, height and activity, all of the information is mandatory, and click on next button.
2) Click on one of the button “Calculate Ideal Weight”, “Calculate Calorie Requirement” or “Calculate Calories Burned” for accessing that particular feature.
3) Calculate Ideal Weight: It will display your ideal weight range and the current weight status.
4) Calculate Calorie Requirement: It will calculate calories required based on your personal choice, whether to maintain, lose or gain weight. If you choose maintain weight, click on calculate button to calculate calories required, but if you choose lose or gain weight, you have to provide additional information, your goal weight and duration to achieve it. After you fill these details click on calculate button for calculating calories required.
5) Calculate Calories Burned: It will calculate calories burned by you based on various activities. Here you have to select activity type, particular activity from dropdown list and time duration for which you are doing the activity. After filling the details click on calculate button which will calculate calories burned by you doing that particular activity.
6) Back and home buttons provided on each screen for navigating between different screens.
