The Break Free app is designed to reduce and eliminate any anxiety, fears or worries that you may have. It will help you take actions to move forward, evaluate and remove your fear. When you have a fear or worry, add it to your worry list.
If you find you anxiety levels increasing then use the breathing link or the free audio that will reduce or eliminate your anxiety (just follow the instructions). Listen to the “Click Track” with headphones, which lasts for less than fifteen minutes and then make a plan of what to do
Use the affirmation section as an opportunity for you to say something positive that you know about yourself in order to help you take an action and overcoming what was troubling you.
