"Workouts" will be useful both for professional athletes and coaches and for any person involved in sports. This application allows you to store the entire information about your workouts in the same place and in a convenient way.
Main facilities:
- 5 training programs:
1) 100 push-ups
2) 25 pull-ups
3) 50 pull-ups
4) Abs training
5) 200 squats
- Level selection according to your ability;
- Composing your own workouts (creating exercises with the following characteristics: name, description, number of approaches, timeout between approaches, timeout after exercise);
- Workout progress display (rest timer, current exercise information etc.);
- Writing workouts history. You can add notes during a training session. For example, you can note the result of an approach - made or not made, or any numerical values. These notes are stored in the history and you can see them later;
- Workouts planning (reminders setting);
- Four different themes for the application.
