Bodybuilding is a science of muscle development, so you should start by getting an understanding of where the muscles are located, what they are called and in which way they work. This is what our application is all about: we present all the important muscles of the human body, their description and functions. For the sake of your convenience, the muscles are arranged alphabetically and sorted by groups.

This is what one should strive to achieve; at least you need to know the names and location of the muscles in your body.
