Every recipe in this app is focused on providing healthy meals with specific calorie and nutrition targets. Under the "24 Day Challenge" section you will be able to find great recipe ideas if you happen to be doing a "24 Day Challenge". All other recipes are simply very healthy options to help you maintain your weight after you have reached your goals or after you've already completed a "24 Day Challenge".
