(1) *.jpg files open but pdf files don't open in app (2) app keeps running all the time even after appointment is over and logged-off,, and i need to force stop it. (3) Could not complete video consultation on 19.10.20, even after more than dozen try for 90 mins by doctor

Worst app .No notification of video call and app showing missed.Wasting lot of time waiting for doctor videocall.Do not video consult through this app.No reply from authority.

It was the worst virtual app. I had an appointment with a neurosurgeon from max hospital and they never showed up online despite of taking the payment at the earliest. Then at last after calling alot at the co ordinator, they made the consultation through whatsapp.

Pathetic experience while booking appointments through this app. Doctors will never give you video consultation through this.
