Sebagai sosial media pertama bagi pasien di Indonesia, Pasienia memiliki misi untuk menyebarkan harapan bagi pasien untuk sembuh dengan menawarkan 2 fitur utama yakni timeline pasien dan timeline dokter. Dengan fitur timeline pasien, pengguna dapat berbagi mengenai curhatan, pengalaman dan perkembangan kesehatan mereka.
Sementara melalui timeline dokter, semua dokter yang menangani penyakit tersebut secara spesifik, akan berbagi mengenai konten kesehatan yang bermanfaat bagi pasien seperti tips, infographic, bahkan data-data terbaru mengenai penyakit yang dialami oleh pasien.
Cara pengoperasiannya pun cukup sederhana, Pasien cukup menuliskan apa pun yang sedang difikirkannya, berbagi gambar atau saling mengomentari satu sama lain sebagaimana media sosial lainnya. Nantinya, user akan mendapatkan tanggapan dan support dari pasien/keluarga pasien/dokter yang tergabung dalam aplikasi ini.
