I dont know what are all these bad reviews for ? Most of them are from 2018/2019 . My experiences with Rushmoor taxis are brilliant . App works with no porblems . Always arrive on requested time and always rings ahead to reassure you they are coming . 10/10

Cost much higher than estimated. App estimated £17.60, final price was over £25. Roads uncongested and driver clearly exceeded residential speed limits as uncomfortable to be a passenger. When questioned on the significant cost disparity to what was quoted simply told I don't work for them and you booked before 11 but it's after 11 now so that's why! Also option to leave feedback in app vanished at this point hence the negative review here

never on time and stupidly over priced. never use this company. the taxi drivers are hooked into this group of aggregators. twice the price and rarely turn up on time best to find someone and call them direct

Kept failing to even book taxi, got stuck on estimating fare. Much quicker to just call and book, the old fashioned way.
