Đây là một sáng kiến của Chính phủ Andhra Pradesh, cho công dân Andhra Pradesh.Những bất bình có thể được đăng ký từ các nguồn khác nhau viz.GSWS, Trung tâm cuộc gọi 1902, ứng dụng di động, ứng dụng web, Ngày khiếu nại của tập hợp (Thứ Hai Spandana).Sự bất bình của họ với sự giúp đỡ của YSR#.Sự bất bình sẽ được giải quyết bởi cơ quan có thẩm quyền trong thời gian xác định.hoặc sử dụng cổng thông tin Spandana (https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/) hoặc sử dụng ứng dụng di động Spandana.
Cổng thông tin Spandana chỉ nhằm đăng ký khiếu nại.Không có điều khoản nào để đăng ký các yêu cầu dịch vụ ở Spandana, tất cả các yêu cầu dịch vụ phải được đăng ký thông qua Grama/Ward Sachivalayam.Khiếu nại có thể được đăng ký từ nhiều nguồn và một YSR#, (số yêu cầu Spandana của bạn) sẽ được tạo cho mỗi khiếu nại
2.Khiếu nại sẽ được chỉ định cho nhân viên sửa chữa tương ứng
3.Cán bộ giải quyết thực hiện các cuộc điều tra cần thiết, hành động và khắc phục khiếu nại
4.Công dân có thể "mở lại" sự bất bình nếu không hài lòng với nghị quyết và điều tương tự sẽ được giao cho các cơ quan cao hơn để giải quyết vấn đề
