The Sky-Agri app provides live weather information and weather forecast directly to the potato farmers in Gujarat. The app has an inbuilt crop calendar, which serves as a virtual diary, wherein the farmers can fill their cropping details and get the customised crop advisories.
Farmers can also post their questions to the expert and get the best solution. The app also gets regularly updated with the weather based crop advisories. For accessing the app, farmer needs to get themselves registered by the any of the Skymet Executives in state.
