2.Ang pagdadalamhati ay itatalaga sa kani -kanilang opisyal ng redressal
3.Ginagawa ng Redressal Officer ang kinakailangang pagtatanong, pagkilos at redresses ang hinaing
4.Ang mamamayan ay maaaring "magbukas muli" ng karaingan kung hindi nasiyahan sa resolusyon at pareho ay itatalaga sa mas mataas na awtoridad upang matugunan ang isyu
