Paglalarawan App Ghoul - I see dead apps

Persistent launch icon widget: for people who repeatedly remove and reinstall applications.
Note: This sometimes requires a re-install to appear in the Launcher widget display
1. Add to a home screen from the widgets section.
2. Choose an application launcher from the list
3. Press the icon image to launch the intent
4. Press the text below for extended functions, currently:
4a. To edit the widget name or intent
4b. To jump to the application info screen (for delete data, force close, etc)
