Biography
Ahsan Hanif was born and brought up in Birmingham, UK where by the blessings of Allah he completed the memorisation of the Qur'an at the age of 13. In 2000, he gained a scholarship to the Islamic University of Madinah. After completing his diploma in Arabic, he graduated with a BA from the Faculty of Shari'ah in 2006. Since his return to the UK, he has completed his PhD in Islamic Law from the University of Birmingham.
He is currently an imam and khateeb at Green Lane Masjid, Birmingham. He is also an instructor for AlMaghrib Institute as well as the Head of the Qur'an & Hadith Sciences Department. In 2011, he also became a lecturer at the Knowledge International Univeristy and he is also a certified DiscoverU Lifecoach.
