The Kärcher Service app is quick and easy way to report machine faults and request a
Kärcher service engineer.
Register your machines and their locations, along with your company information and contact details and in four easy steps you can log a service request.
Simply select the machine from your locations, add any photos of the fault, Enter a description of the fault, specify a suitable appointment time – and you’re done!
Confirmation that your message has been received is sent immediately by email and we contact you to schedule an appointment.
Other information/requirements:
-For the best performance of the app a fast data connection and a mobile device with at least 512MB of RAM and a processor frequency of 800MHz is recommended.
-Android version 2.3.x or higher for smartphones
- Android version 4.1.2 or higher for Tablet PCs
-Data links may incur costs (depending on your network provider)
