A platform for Community Health Care Provider to track and follow up referral for health services from household to Community Clinic.
This platform is designed for the Community Health Care Provider working in Community Clinics under Community Based Health Care, Directorate General of Health Services of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh.
Through this system, Community Health Care Providers will be able to receive and track the patients referred by Multipurpose Health Volunteers from Household visits. These patients will have appropriate health services and in case of emergency, can be referred to Upazila Health Complex(UHC).

Full offline capability with online sync feature
Approve & serve sent patient from MHV
Send patients to UHC if needed
Approve group meetings of MHV Agents
Show scoreboard of MHV agents
Show income list of MHV agents(both approved & disapproved)
