คำอธิบาย SMK-Online

SMK-Online adalah sistem informasi penilaian kinerja anggota POLRI yang mendukung sistem manajemen kinerja POLRI secara keseluruhan. Dalam rangka mengukur kinerja anggota Polri yang berbasis kompetensi, maka dilakukan penilaian kinerja secara objektif, transparan, dan akuntabel dengan menggunakan sistem manajemen kinerja yang online dan terintegrasi dengan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Personil POLRI (SIPP).

Versi selanjutnya akan hadir dengan tampilan baru dan lebih stabil.
Online Vocational School is an information system for assessing performance of members of the Indonesian National Police that supports the overall POLRI performance management system. In order to measure the performance of competency-based Polri members, an objective, transparent and accountable performance assessment is carried out by using an online and integrated performance management system with the POLRI Personnel Information System (SIPP) application.
