1. Consumer can register various complaints like

b. Wrong bill
c. Meter Defect
d. No Reading
e. Transformer breakdown
2. Weblink for online payment
3. Information about Area Shutdown- Utility Officers have option to make entry of Area shut down details from the App itself. All registered and affected consumers will be sent notification respectively.
4. Register yourself for R-APDRP Billing portal
