Algn is business planner application which helps to efficiently plan meetings, actions and WBS with utmost ease.
Algn is most suitable for the managers who are finding difficult to assign tasks to their team and are wasting lot of their valuable time in following up with team to
track the progress of assigned tasks. Algn integrates and communicate with various users through multiple platforms i.e mobile, computer, SMS, so that the plan is communicated regardless of position of team.
Algn offers many powerful modules like Calendar, Meetings, Actions, Performance Analysis, Chat, Reminders etc.
Calendar: “Calendar” helps you to create your Annual plan with various types of meetings, actions and short term execution plans. It serves as your single point planning tool.
Meetings: “Meeting” filters and shows your upcoming meetings and helps you to invite attendees, create MOMs, assign tasks, record customer’s feedback, and reschedule meetings
Actions: “Action” filters and shows all actions assigned to you and scheduled to end on a particular day. With an innovative feature, you can update the status of the action and communicate automatically to the assignee in real time.
Analysis: “Analysis” shows real time performance of your time and past actions assigned to you through a easy to read, visually appealing analysis dashboard.
Managers can also view the performance of their team on various actions assigned.
Chat: Chat with your teammates, colleagues within algn through a convenient interface
Offline/Online Mode: Algn works both offline and online and helps you to be on the go even if your internet is down or slow. You can still see the MOMs, actions, meeting in offline mode and plan accordingly
Reminder: Reminder is your progress ticker with all kinds of real time notifications such as meeting scheduled, actions assigned, or new messages from your teammates.
