Hi, I'm Patricia. All my life I wanted to be a psychologist, has always been my dream.
When I was a kid competing in gymnastics. Already with 12 years I called a lot of attention to the importance of maintaining concentration and face the competition with ambition, competitiveness and optimism. I remember entering the tatami, and seconds before starting the exercise, my legs were shaking and thought only of the misfortune that would forget all those pirouettes in milliseconds before the music begins. I remember it as a terrifying time. 25 years ago sports psychology was an illusion, but a reality.
So I'm here to help high performance athletes, which are played so much and sacrificed their lives for a dream, not to have to live that terrifying moment, and show you that you can enhance psychological variables that give a plus quality athletic performance, both individual sport and team.
From 1995 until today, I have spent working happily and enjoying it immensely, with national and international athletes competing in the highest categories.
