Obs .:
- The approximate values are determined from the equation Brzycki (1993), adaptations and application suggested by Shaw et al. (2009).
- It is recommended to use the application in the order in which the exercises are performed, preferably with the accumulated fatigue of the previous series.
- Avoid selecting weights that can deliver more than 10 RM.
