Includes pullups/pushups, crunches, and run/row options with age, gender, and elevation choices.
Updated to the 2020 standards.
Includes a "What-if" calculator for the PFT and CFT which allows you to input 0, 1, or 2 scores and the calculator will determine what results you need to achieve to obtain a certain class.
For example: You know you want a first class and you can run a 23:30, the app would calculate the remaining requirements for you to achieve a 235.
This can help you focus on specific events to move from 3rd to 1st class incrementally.
