इस ऐप में संपूर्ण योगासन को सरल भाषा एवं चित्रों द्वारा योगासन एवं प्राणायाम का परिचय, उपयोग तथा उसके महत्व को बताया गया है।प्रत्येक आसन को करने का तरीका एवं उसके लाभ के सहित दिखाया गया है। कौन सा आसन किस किस रोग में उपयोगी है यह भी बताया गया है।
योगासनों के साथ साथ सूर्य नमस्कार एवं प्राणायाम को भी स्पष्ट रुप से समझाया गया है। यह ऐप डॉ. पी. डी. शर्मा के पुस्तक 'योगासन' के आधार पर बनाया गया है।
