ALTR is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) studio delivering a full body workout. Our boutique HIIT studios are destinations with highly effective sessions, banging tunes, awesome lighting and a welcoming team of experts. We are an upgrade to the group fitness experience and offer better programming with personalized attention to maximize results.
ALTR is a balance of beauty and function with private showers, changing facilities, towels and top-end amenities. Sessions at ALTR last 50 minutes and combine HIIT, strength training and cardio for an efficient workout.
Programming varies daily and you’ll see progress after every single session. We value your time and make it easier for you to sweat harder.
With the ALTR app you can sign up, purchase packages, view schedules, book sessions and be reminded when you have an upcoming session.
