Le MOUVEMENT DES ELITES POUR L’EMANCIPATION DU BENIN (MOELE-BENIN) s’engage à mobiliser l’ensemble des élites du Bénin de l’intérieur comme de la diaspora pour apporter leur contribution à la métamorphose pour l’édification du GRAND BENIN si cher à chacun de nous.
Le MOELE-BENIN se veut donc être une force politique et citoyenne. Une organisation génératrice de valeurs citoyennes, morales, sociales et politiques partagées et cultivées par des élites au service de la communauté nationale ; un creuset d’engagement citoyen et politique pour des élites au service du Peuple béninois
