How does it work?
When the alarm sounds, if it is not turned off after 5 minutes, a message will be sent to the specified contact, informing you that you have fallen asleep, reprogramming the alarm for 5 minutes later. On the other hand, if the alarm is deactivated, but you are still sleeping, this is where the motion sensor is activated, so if you do not move the phone after 5 minutes, the alarm will be activated again. the next 5 minutes, starting the cycle again.
