ဖော်ပြချက် BBMP Fix My Street - Official App

The BBMP Fix My Street Application allows to report Pothole, Garbage, Street Lights and other complaints on My Street.
This app provides end-to-end process for addressing citizen requests
Bangalore Citizens can
- Report a civic amenity issue with a photo ( geo-tagged)
- Get SMS on submission as well as on progress.
- Submit requests with or without registration
- View their requests for latest updates along with details.
BBMP Officials interface
- Geo-tagged request automatically maps to Ward Official
- Concerned Official gets notified
with Location and details on request submission
- All Officers in the department can view Complaint Dashboard and take necessary action
- On resolving the problem, official will update with remarks and
photo( wherever
applicable)
- Monitor all requests and drive for actions.
- Officer can transfer a request to another Ward or Department.
- All field updates are captured with GEO coordinates and photos, available through various MIS reports for BBMP Officials.
