Penerangan Power Trainer Lite

This is great for user who loves to exercise like push-up, sit-up or even pull-up, but hate to do the counting. Power Trainer Lite is a rhythm counter that actually does the counting while you execute the moves so that you can concentrate on the breathing and keeping the momentum instead of having to remember what's the last count?
Power Trainer Lite requires device to be worn around the upper arm, lower arm, upper thigh or shin. This can be done easily with a sport arm band readily available at your nearest sport stores.
Other requirements include the device to be equipped with an accelero-meter and text-to-speech engine.
