نظراً لكثرة شكاوى المواطنين بشأن أخذ مبالغ مالية منهم غير الرسوم المستحقة قانوناً نظير الخدمات التي يحصلون عليها من الجهات الحكومية والمتمثلة في استخراج (بطائق، شهادات، تصاريح، رخص..إلخ).
صدرت توجيهات فخامة الأخ رئيس المجلس السياسي الأعلى برقم (178) وتاريخ 13/10/2019م والتي تقضي بإلزام الجهات الحكومية،
( وزارات، هيئات،مؤسسات، مصالح) التي تقدم خدمات للمواطنين مقابل رسوم معينة،بوضع لوحة إرشادية في مكان بارز على مدخل الجهة بما يسهل على المواطنين الاطلاع عليها وتتضمن الخدمات التي تقدمها الجهة والرسوم المستحقة قانوناً نظير كل خدمة منعاً للمخالفات والتجاوزات التي تحدث في هذا الشأن.
