It is a companion program for the " big " MyMoney that allows
record expenses "on the go" and then export them in GIF formats
or OFX.
Basic capabilities:
• Simple interface.
• The tree of accounts: the Main account can have multiple
sub-accounts. This allows you to group similar accounts (for example,
cash, cards) in one large "Assets"account.
* Split transactions: the Transaction can be split into
parts in order to paint detail the structure of expenditures.
• Double-entry bookkeeping (in a good way): Each
the transaction is a debit from one account and crediting another. Allows
it is more convenient to reduce the balance.
* Account types for receipt / issue: not only groups
the structure of cash flows, and (when used properly with a double
accounting) allows you to generate an accurate report on income and expenses.
• Posting schedule: Creating and making payments on
schedule.
• Export to XML GnuCash, QIF or OFX: MyMoney may
export accounts/transactions in a variety of formats for use in
other program. It is also possible to export on schedule to the services
syncing like DropBox or Google Drive.
• Reports: looking at the distribution of funds in the form of a circular
charts, bar charts, or graphs.
* Home screen widget for quick access to accounts and
expense records.
