Good footwork is a fundamental element for any squash player.
"Ghosting" - a drill that sees players position themselves on court at the "T" and make simulated shots from one of six positions around the court - is widely acknowledged to be a critical part of developing good footwork, and can also contribute to developing better stamina.
The Squash Ghosting app allows you to...
1. Configure the exact parameters you'd like your ghosting session to have,
2. Position your tablet or phone at the front of the court, resting against the tin,
3. Conduct your ghosting session, with Squash Ghosting directing you to ball positions according to the parameters you configured in step 1.
