Wake up with ease.
Getting a good night's sleep is very important for health. Sleepty is an app designed to help you to choose the optimal time for waking up. Basically it is a sleep cycle alarm clock.
The idea is simple. Sleep consists of cycles which last for about 90 minutes. If you wake up during one of the cycles, you might feel groggy and exhausted. With the help of this app you can wake up at the right time with a fresh mind.
==How does it work?==
There are two choices:
I. You want to go to bed now and want to know when it's the right time to wake up (wake up time)
1. The app will present to you a list of choices when it's the right time to wake up
2. After you choose the desired time, it will schedule a "wake up" alarm
II. You need to wake up at a specific time and want to know when you should go to sleep (bedtime)
After you let the app know when you want to wake up, it will automatically schedule two alarms:
1. Bedtime alarm - it will notify you when it's time to go to bed
2. Wake up alarm - it will notify you when it's time to wake up

* Gentle alarm. 10 minutes before you need to wake up, it will start playing ambient sounds of chirping birds to make it easier for you to slowly wake up. Then, when it is time to wake up, the app will play the alarm.
* Bedtime alarm. The app will notify you when it is time to go to bed.
