Jesus. Their Navi system messed up the entire delivery. I wrote down the correct address that's been used for years, and their system sent the driver to somewhere completely different (about 6 blocks away). It took them 2 and a half hours just to deliver my order. Food is all soggy and cold. Driver was blaming me for ordering.

Delivery location status is not real time and there's a significant delay

It literally takes hours to be matched to a driver. Food is all cold. Never using this again

Literally the worst app ever. Very poor costumer service, excessive charging fees

The service is garbage why there is a customer service? Dont you need to take care to delivery food? That is the only one thing why there is this app. I asked 2 times to make sure my food is on the way and they keep saying yes and then cancled. Thanks Grubhub I will never use this app
