La description de Chromatic Tuner V1

Chromatic tuner with two operation modes.
Instrument mode with range 26-1290Hz is for tuning guitar, bass and other instruments.
Artificial mode with range 26-18000Hz is for more general use.
Requires mobile audio sample rate 44100Hz or 48000Hz. For most new mobiles this should be ok.
Some tips:
When tuning unplugged electric guitar/bass, try keep mobile in contact with guitar/bass body.
This will amplify the signal.
When tuning bass guitar low E string, try pluck string at 12 fret. It gives less overtones.
Or try using natural harmonic at 12 fret.
