With the healthcare environment ever changing and under increasing demand, there is now more than ever, an increased need to improve integration and unite all aspects of primary,
community and hospital healthcare to bring about systematic improvements. The Improving Healthcare International Convention aims to be Australia’s largest quality improvement event, hosted by the Improvement Foundation, a leading provider of quality improvement programs in Australia, including the Australian Primary Care Collaborative (APCC) program.
Hosted in Melbourne from 16-18 November 2015, the Improving Healthcare International Convention will consist of one day of masterclasses and workshops, and two days of keynote and concurrent presentations.
Improvements, innovations and practical solutions will be showcased at the Convention from international and national experts, innovators and leaders that have been carefully selected by a reputable and diverse team of advisors involved in the Convention Advisory and Program Review Committees.
