Modify Pack:
Pack change journey simplified with options to choose Broadcaster Bouquets, Add –Ons, Ala-Carte across Genre & Broadcaster. Visibility of lock –in and unavailability of deletion under lock -in also included

Contact info of mapped Distributor, ASE, CSM, CBH & Dealer Helpline
Recharge Reversal: All recharges done in a particular day can be reversed until 2300 hrs that day
Select a recharge from list -> Recharge Reversal -> Enter
correct Customer ID/ RTN -> Submit
