If you have a consumer-related problem such as cheating, damaged product, and nonconformity with warranty/maintenance service, etc., you may submit your consumer complaint from mobile app. (Myanmar Consumers Union App.). The application is available in Myanmar and English.
Myanmar Consumers Union App. provides comprehensive information about Myanmar Consumers Union (MCU), News of MCU, and Mobile-based Complaint Form, and Survey Form for Consumer Affairs. Please also try to fill the survey form for your consumer rights.
Myanmar Consumers Union is a non-governmental organization, and we, MCU, must be independent of party politics and we will not accept funding from commercial or trading companies.
