Users can add questions and inquiries in various fields, in addition to the ability to evaluate the correct answers (only the questioner can evaluate). In the evaluation process, the user gives 5 stars for the correct answer and 2 stars for the half answer the goal of the evaluation process is to limit the experts in certain areas by the number of stars granted to them.
