Note: The time output of this app is approximate and I have used Java.Time library to predict
the Local time: this is dependent on accuracy of your own network time and that of
Java 8 time library instance. There is no certainity that the
output is accurate , and may vary across various Android platforms and cell phone models.

Date displays correctly now.
Internally,Java uses 0 for Jan,1 for Feb so on.
Fixed few bad patches in 9 patch (Most sample 9 Patches have bad patches!)
