I have a herniated disc for many years. I've tried various drugs, therapies, doctors, etc. I'd like to share what finally helped me. This set of exercises are suitable for people suffering from lower back pain (Lumbar herniated disc, etc.).

At first you probably will not be able to do it like is shown, but that's normal, do not despair and keep going step by step. The end positions of every exercise could be a bit painful. Please, do not overwhelm your back and stop when feeling medium to strong pain. It is recommended to do exercises in the morning when the back is stiff, but it can be done when it is convenient. They can also be done 2-3 times a day. Do the exercises daily or day by day, but remember that the more often you do them, the better you will be. After 1-2 months of constant practice, you can move to the set of exercises shown in part Back Pain Exercises 2.
As an orthopaedic surgeon i come across many people who suffer from back pain. In majority of the cases , the simple exercises can do wonders.
Prolapsed discs, sciatica, mechanical dysfunction of spine, postural problems and after spine surgery patients shall be benefited with these exercises.

why i had developed this application:
1) Lot of exercises given on internet but difficult to TRUST as they are being propagated by techies without knowledge of spine biomechanics
2) many a times visit to a physio centre is not possible due to daily busy schedule
3) we tend to forget things when not carried out regularly, so a handout is easy
4) PRECAUTIONS are all we ask from our doctors, but many a times we forget to tell one or the other precaution
5) there were languages issues in my part of the world so i had translated it in HINDI AND PUNJABI.
THE MOBILE APP IS FREE OF COST, THERE ARE NO PERMISSIONS, NO ADS, LOW ON SPACE(6 MB),ETC.
The mobile shall help people who are suffering from back pain and has recurrent episodes of back pain . It shall prevent RECURRENCE of back pain again.
