Through your smartphone and compatible Samsung Gear or GearFit device, NEO Coach allows you to follow workout plans tailored to your individualized goals. Our plans are crafted by a handful of the world's elite personal trainers and fitness experts, providing you with guidance you can both enjoy and trust in the journey to become your fittest.
Connectivity to a Samsung Gear or GearFit wearable is optional, but doing so unlocks NEO Coach's full potential by tracking your exercise reps and sets in real-time, in addition to heart rate, calories, and overall commitment to your plan. A series of algorithms and scoring metrics are used to grade your fitness level, average heart rate, and total workout performance. The score is applied to a level-up system, creating a fun way to see your progress (beyond the mirror, of course).
