"My Sleep and I" is the application that will help you sleep better and feel good in the morning!
Indeed, you should know that the sleep is based on cycles of 1h30.
And so it is very important to respect these cycles so that your body has enough time to rest properly.
Waking up in the middle of a cycle causes this feeling of still wanting to sleep, so you will have trouble getting out of bed.
According to a study in France, it is recommended to sleep between 5 and 6 cycles.
*If we do the math, it gives us between 7:30 and 9:00 of sleep!
However, we do not always have a choice and sometimes have to sleep between 4 and 5 cycles or even between 3 and 4 cycles for the less "lucky" ones.
The purpose of the application is therefore to do this calculation for you every time.
Just tell her what time you want to wake up at the next morning, and she will calculate the different sleeping hours you should go to bed at.
In addition to that, you have the possibility to add an alarm clock automatically from the interface!
*15 minutes of average sleep are added directly to the schedule, if you need more, the calculation is simple:)
