This application allows you to plan, edit, and complete workouts. It features a page that allows you to enter your working maxes for as many lifts as you wish. These working maxes can be referenced later on to plan your workout. For instance, if you want to lift 80% of your working max for 4 sets of 5, this app can handle that. It also is able to handle weights that aren't input as a percent of the working max.
