The Gateway 311 mobile app is a 21st century tool that connects citizens with your County government.
This app will allow citizens to subscribe to published information that aligns with specified interests and affects their life, family or neighborhood.
It is a tool for requesting services from the County, whether that’s a pothole, storm damage or neighborhood code violations.
You can also use the app for self-directed citizen services and find answers to Frequently Asked Questions. Forthcoming features for the app will include the ability to pay taxes and take guided tours of County points of interest.
